Though workshops and classes are led by mental health professionals and others in various health and wellness fields, we want to remind our members that U-Nify is not a psychotherapy service. All workshops are designed to be informative in nature and designed to help individuals connect to others in their community.

If you are seeking psychotherapy or need more intensive mental health services, U-Nify will do all that we can to help connect you to appropriate referrals for psychotherapist, psychiatrists, nutritionist and other healthcare providers in your area.

Because of this U-Nify is NOT considered a therapy practice, confidentiality is not applicable to information shared in workshops, though is highly encouraged by facilitators to help create a non-judgmental and safe space to connect.
