SILENT HIKE

(MEET-UP: Silent Hike, Meditation, Discussion and Networking)

Join U-Nify for a silent hike, meditation and discussion about connection. We will meet on the grassy area before heading up the trail. The purpose of being “silent” during the hike will be explained prior to the hike. We will then meditate and process the experience at the top of the mountain, followed by an interactive activity on the way down!
